We welcome payments by bank transfer either via online banking, telephone or in-branch transfers to our bank account. You will receive our bank details at the checkout process. These will be also detailed in your Receipt of Order document which will be emailed. Once we receive cleared funds your order will be send to the warehouse and you will be notified of its dispatch. Depending on your bank, transfers can take between two hours and four days for funds to clear.

We have a duty to comply with Government regulations on Money Laundering, Fraud and Terrorism (HMRC VAT Notice 701/21: gold and the money laundering and terrorist financing risks and vulnerabilities associated with gold) therefore we often need to carry out necessary checks to safeguard against these issues.
We may ask for you to verify yourself if you spend over £5,000 in your first order or make cumulative purchases amounting to £10,000 in a twelve month period. Verification will consist of photographic ID (a current and signed passport; A photo driving license; or a national identity card) and a certified document (a utility bill from the past 3 months; bank, building society or credit union statement (not an online print out); or most recent mortgage from recognised mortgage lender). Where photographic ID has not been verified, two certified documents will be required.
Payments will not be accepted unless the name on the payment account matches the name of the owner of the User Account.
