The reverse depicts the age of Iron and Glass in France through 3 main symbols. Victor Hugo, major writer of the 20th century, the Eiffel tower, icon of the technological evolution, and the picture ‘Liberty Leading the People’ by Eugène Delacroix, as well as the colourised French flag in the background.
