All our orders are processed as quickly as possible by a skilled and dedicated team. Most orders processed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day using a reputable courier. Orders made after 3pm or at the weekend will generally be dispatched on the next working day. All parcels will need to be signed for on delivery and can only be delivered to the address registered to the card holder’s / bank account holder’s address. You will be notified by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
All our deliveries are fully insured to give complete peace of mind. On occasion, our couriers may take longer than expected to deliver your parcel. In these rare cases, please wait 72 hours before contacting us, as it may be a simple matter of the courier being delayed on their route. Providing you have received notification that your parcel has been dispatched, the courier will be in the process of delivering it to you. If you have not received a dispatch notification, or if it has been over 72 hours since your item was dispatched, please telephone us on +44 203 409 3350.
Due to price fluctuations, you have no right to cancel your order or request a refund. As the precious metal prices are based on global metal market prices they change frequently and are outside our control.
